The Work

"We will explore two ways of working in order to help you to feel better".
A private, safe and non-judgmental space is provided for you to explore your most inner thoughts, feelings and difficulties, which will support you to understand yourself better and move forward. Sessions take place at the same time and place each week and last 50 minutes.
Short term therapy - is a way of working where goals will be predetermined with a set programme duration and known endpoint to the work. This type of intervention can be helpful in addressing symptoms associated with an event: a bereavement, redundancy, a case of bullying and harassment, poor work performance, a traumatic incident or a relationship difficulty.
Open-ended therapy - the scope of this work is less defined and allows for themes to emerge and to be worked though at a comfortable pace. The work does not have a predetermined end point and instead is discussed at a time that feels right to do so.
